You may cancel an order or service by contacting us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (+91 8606807257) or Instagram (@jfernic_motoren).
Before dispatch. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund (if payment was already made) as per our refund policy. No cancellation fee applies in this case.
After dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may need to follow our returns process after receiving the product if you wish to return it.
Repair or listing. For repair requests or listing submissions, you can ask to cancel before we have started the work or approved the listing. After work has started or listing is live, different terms may apply; we will inform you when you contact us.
