Its 2.25-inch removable outlet baffle delivers maximum exhaust flow while allowing riders to fine-tune the exhaust tone. An optional 2.25-inch noise reduction insert is available separately for quieter operation. Constructed from aerospace-quality ultra-lightweight stainless steel, the Sidewinder Black Full System is engineered for maximum durability and high-performance racing applications. Its signature Sidewinder routing is optimized for maximum horsepower and torque while maintaining Brock's legendary build quality and fit. Because of the Sidewinder design, fairing modifications are required on most GSX-R1000/R models, and detailed bodywork cutting instructions are included. Right-hand cornering clearance is limited due to the side-exit configuration. The system requires OEM oil cooler removal, accomplished using the included oil cooler bypass kit. It is compatible with the OEM oil pan, although Brock's recommends an aftermarket billet oil pan to maximize ground clearance for aggressive riding and racing. Installation is completed with the included PAIR Block-Off Cap, Permatex Ultra Copper®, all required hardware, and Brock's renowned Lifetime Direct Support Package. Riders also receive complimentary pump gas and race fuel ECU mapping support for optimized engine performance. For 2022–2025 GSX-R1000/R models, an ECU Flash or Servo Buddy is required to prevent EXCVA servo motor fault codes or potential servo motor damage. The supplied valve simulator (servo plate) is not compatible with 2022–2025 models.
