Its dual pre-installed 18mm O₂ sensor bungs make professional ECU tuning and wideband monitoring simple and efficient. The system requires fairing modifications for installation and includes all required hardware, installation instructions, a PAIR Block-Off Cap to reduce deceleration popping, and an Oil Cooler Removal Kit. Riders wishing to retain the factory oil cooler can purchase optional oil line kits separately. For 1999-2007 Hayabusa models, a PAIR Valve Removal Kit is required because the factory PAIR system occupies the same space as the TiWinder headers. For 2022-2026 Gen 3 Hayabusa models, the Gen 2 to Gen 3 Hayabusa Full Exhaust Adapter Kit (sold separately) is required for proper installation. Every TiWinder system includes Brock's Lifetime Direct Support Package and complimentary access to race fuel performance maps through Brock's tuning support program.
