Description

Transform your KTM Duke into a lighter, faster, and more responsive machine with this premium Titanium Exhaust System & Cat Delete Kit. Designed specifically for KTM 790 Duke, 790 Duke R, 890 Duke, and 890 Duke R models, this performance upgrade maximizes exhaust flow while significantly reducing weight compared to the restrictive factory exhaust system. Manufactured from high-grade titanium, the system improves exhaust scavenging and engine efficiency, delivering sharper throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and increased top-end power. The integrated cat delete section eliminates the heavy catalytic converter, reducing back pressure and allowing the KTM LC8c parallel-twin engine to breathe freely. The result is improved acceleration, enhanced riding dynamics, and a deep, aggressive exhaust note that perfectly matches the Duke's "Ready To Race" DNA. The factory exhaust system is designed to meet global emissions and noise regulations. By replacing the stock system with a titanium exhaust and cat delete setup, riders can unlock the true performance potential of the KTM LC8c engine. The lighter titanium construction improves handling and agility, while the high-flow design enhances engine breathing and delivers the aggressive sound expected from KTM's renowned Duke lineup. Whether you're carving through mountain roads, attacking corners on weekend rides, or building the ultimate streetfighter, this titanium exhaust system offers one of the most noticeable performance upgrades available. Premium Titanium Engineering Titanium is the preferred material for high-performance motorcycles due to its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, superior corrosion resistance, and excellent heat management properties. Over time, the titanium develops unique blue, purple, and gold heat coloration, giving your Duke a premium race-inspired appearance that stands out from standard stainless-steel systems.
