Returns policy & Refunds policy

If you wish to return a product or request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp (+91 8606807257) or Instagram (@jfernic_motoren). We will guide you through the process.

Eligibility. Returns may be accepted for unused items in original condition, or in case of defect or wrong item. We will confirm eligibility when you contact us. Some items (e.g. custom or hygiene-sensitive) may not be returnable.

Process. You will need to send the item back to our address (we will share details on WhatsApp). Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund via the same method used for payment, or as agreed with you. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect.

Repair services. For repair, restore or resize work, if you are not satisfied, contact us on WhatsApp. We will try to resolve the issue; refunds for service may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
